More About Tahoe Candytuft...

Tahoe Candytuft, Iberis sempervivum, provides an evergreen carpet of pure white flower clusters that will add beauty to your perennial garden from early to late spring. The compact, well-branched, spreading plant has narrow evergreen leaves and blooms about 2 weeks earlier than other varieties of candytuft.

'Tahoe' grows well in wall crevices and along stone walkways or use it as a ground cover or for edging along walkways, patios or garden beds. Few ground covers rival the flower power of this spring-blooming beauty. Candytufts are also excellent in containers and rock gardens.

Taho Candytuft is a very easy and fast growing ground cover that likes sun and thrives despite heat and humidity. It is not too picky as to soil type provided the soil is well-drained. When the plants are blooming it's best not to allow the soil to dry out. Otherwise plants are quite drought tolerant.
