Forever Purple Heuchera-(Heuchera X Hybrid 'Forever Purple') is a fast growing perennial plant that can be grown in USDA Plant Hardiness Zones 4A through 9B. It matures to an average height of 1 foot to 2 feet and an average width of 6 inches to 1 foot, depending on climate and other environmental factors. It prefers growing in a location that provides shade, morning shade with afternoon sun or filtered sun and grows best when planted in sand, loam, clay or silt soil that is well drained. In the summer Forever Purple Heuchera-(Heuchera X Hybrid 'Forever Purple') produces white flowers. The foliage is purple in color. It attracts visual attention and is resistant to deer, drought, insects, diseases and heat.
Forever Purple Heuchera-(Heuchera X Hybrid 'Forever Purple') can be useful in the landscape along woodland borders, in foundation plantings, in containers or planters, as a border or edger, around decks, swimming pools, and other outdoor living areas, under a shade tree, in landscape beds or islands or in small groupings and also in rock or xeriscape gardens, theme gardens, cottage gardens, perennial gardens or shade gardens.
Destined to become the new standard for purple foliage perennials, 'Forever Purple' Heuchera is a spectacular showstopper with four seasons of ultra-purple glossy leaves with fluted edges and great vigor. Very short spikes of purple-pink flowers in summer rise above mounds of foliage on this stems. Villosa parentage makes this one heat tolerant.

Purple is my favorite color, and this lovely little plant doesn't disappoint! It arrived in excellent condition with super-fast shipping and it has been thriving in a container placed in a mostly shady area. It's foliage is definitely eye-catching. The leaves have nice ruffled ('fluted') edges as well. So far it is doing very well despite the heat and humidity here in Georgia in the summer! A great purchase!
