Brass Lantern is a cross between Heuchera and Tiarella and shares in the 'Villosa' bloodlines. The Villosa hold up tremendously well in hot, humid summers. The new foliage in spring is a wonderful combination of burnt gold to deep apricot with red centers. These colors contrast well with the deep olive-purple leaves left from the prior winter. Thin stems hold the interesting, white bottlebrush-like flowers above the foliage.
