More about Petra Croton...

Noteworthy Characteristics

Native to southern Asia and the western Pacific islands,  also known as the Autumn plant, Petra is the most popular variety in the croton family. Waxy, wide leaves are marked with networks of lines in various shades of red, yellow, pink, red, orange and green. An extremely colorful beauty of a houseplant or landscape item, Petra will awe with eye catching foliage.

Uses

Where hardy outdoors, Petra Croton is useful as a colorful accent or specimen shrub or filler in beds or borders, as a hedge, or in containers. Where not winter hardy, it can be used outdoors as an annual in beds or as a container plant that can be overwintered indoors or in a greenhouse when low temperatures drop below 55 degrees. It also serves well as a colorful, year round houseplant.
