Sunset Strip is a threadleaf coreopsis that produces lots of of neon orange and yellow bicolor blooms. It appears almost fluorescent against deeper red shades of other flowers or foliage. Pennsylvania-bred for hardiness, and has been tested to minus 18 degrees below zero. It remains nice and upright all through its long bloom season from late June until mid October in cooler zones.
