It matures to an average height of 1 foot to 2 feet and an average width of 1 foot to 2 feet, depending on climate and other environmental factors. It prefers growing in a location that provides full sun, morning sun with afternoon shade or morning shade with afternoon sun and grows best when planted in sand, loam, clay or silt soil that is well drained. In the spring and summer Pandora's Box Daylily produces white and maroon flowers. The foliage is dark green in color. Vigorous plants in excellent condition.

This is the second order I've placed this year, the first was for a sedum variety Elsie's gold and a hellebore, Pink Frost. Both orders contained vigorous plants that transplanted well, my Elsie's Gold is in flower, while I won't see blossoms from this order of Pandora's box (I ordered them late) or the hellebore until next season. I have no doubt they will be exactly as ordered. I can't wait to order more in the spring!
