Helleborus X Ballardiae 'Cinnamon Snow' is a moderate growing perennial plant that can be grown in USDA Plant Hardiness Zones 5A through 9B. It matures to an average height of 1 foot to 2 feet and an average width of 1 foot to 2 feet, depending on climate and other environmental factors. It prefers growing in a location that provides morning sun with afternoon shade or filtered sun and grows best when planted in loam, clay or silt soil that is well drained.
Cinnamon Snow Helleborus can be useful in the landscape along woodland borders, as a groundcover or in small groupings and also in cottage gardens, perennial gardens or shade gardens.
'Cinnamon Snow' produces very large 3-3.5” white flowers that open with a tinge of pale yellow that turns into a cinnamon color as it matures creating a unique and beautiful look. The variety has a lot of flower power and their large faces look right at you above the dark green leaves that have reddish stems.
