Eutrochium Dubium 'Little Joe' is a fast and moderate growing perennial plant that can be grown in USDA Plant Hardiness Zones 4A through 8B. It matures to an average height of 3 feet to 4 feet and an average width of 2 feet to 3 feet, depending on climate and other environmental factors. It prefers growing in a location that provides full sun, morning sun with afternoon shade, morning shade with afternoon sun or filtered sun and grows best when planted in loam, clay or silt soil that is moderately wet. In the summer and fall Little Joe Eupatorium produces purple, violet and lavender flowers. The foliage is medium green and dark green in color. It attracts butterflies, hummingbirds and visual attention and is resistant to heat.
