Pretty Addition To The Garden

by Nikki - Jackson, Georgia

Most gardening sites describe the foliage of this heuchera variety as " rose-purple leaves, adorned with a pink to silver overlay". I was expecting more of a rose-colored leaf, and mine currently has pretty dark purple leaves with little-to-no rose coloring. It actually looks very similar in color to the "Forever Purple" variety I also have, but with the leaves less ruffled. However, I've only had it a month, so perhaps the foliage coloration will change during the seasons and weather variations. It is a very healthy plant and came packaged very well. The shipping was fast, too. I love adding different color of foliage to my garden and am excited to see how this little guy changes over the seasons.
