Moonshine Pulmonaria is a dependable, vigorous, heat tolerant and showy perennial perfect for use in shady locations. Moonshine produces very pretty flowers that emerge pink and turn to blue and white, all colors showing simulatneously on the plant in spring over deep green leaves splashed heavily with silvery-white. Excellent in gardens beds in small grouping or massed as a groundcover. Also very nice in combination container gardens. Evergreen foliage in mild winter regions is mildew resistant. Plants prefer a rich, moist soil without the competition of surface-rooted trees.
