Bright Eyes is a tall-growing garden Phlox that produces large, Hydrangea-like clusters of sweetly fragrant soft pink flowers with a deep red eye that will have the hummingbirds and butterflies flocking. The flowers are held atop the upright foliage on tall, sturdy stems and are superb for cutting and use in indoor flower arrangements. Great for oustanding color at the middle or back of the border.
