Uses
Diamond dazzle is best used as a single specimen, in groupings, flowering shrub borders, shrub borders, natural hedge, home foundation plantings, espalier (grown flat against a wall), container gardens, cottage gardens and just about anywhere in the garden that gets at least 5-6 hours of strong sun each day.
Culture & Care Tips
Diamond Dazzle Crape Myrtle is easy to grow in well-drained soil and full sun. It is very low maintenance requiring little if any pruning to keep a nice shape. That being said, spent flowers can be removed to encourage a possible second flush of flowers. In late winter, it can be lighty trimmed to keep a more dense form. Very drought tolerant once established.
