Snow False Sawara Cypress is a dwarf Japanese cultivar highly prized for its grey blue fuzzy foliage with white snow kissed tips. A jewel in the garden, it is slow growing however takes well to shearing for a more formal shape. In the South, make sure to provide afternoon shade as the foliage might scorch if not protected from the hot sun. Expect a 4' tall x 4' wide plant over a 10 year period.

Single specimen, groupings, shrub borders, home foundation plantings, container gardens, asian theme gardens.

SNow Cypress is best grown where it will get some shade or foiltered sun during the hottest part of summer days. Plant in well-drained soils.
