'Fellemberg' is very free-flowering rose producing huge sprays of carmen pink blooms against a background of healthy spreading foliage. At times the blooms can be a much darker shade, even crimson. The blooms repeat throughout the season and have a delicious sweet pea fragrance. Although it was originally classified as a China rose, it is now generally recognized as one of the few red Noisette roses. It's blooms are open cupped and medium-sized, and they occur in large clusters. Fellemberg can make a rather large bush 6 to 10 feet in height with a 4 to 5 foot spread and can also be trained as a climber.
