Phlox Divaricata 'Chattahoochee' is a fast and moderate growing groundcover plant and perennial plant that can be grown in USDA Plant Hardiness Zones 3A through 8B. It matures to an average height of 1 inch to 1 foot and an average width of 1 foot to 2 feet, depending on climate and other environmental factors. It prefers growing in a location that provides shade, morning sun with afternoon shade or filtered sun and grows best when planted in sand, loam, clay or silt soil that is well drained. Plant came in beautiful condition in a nice size pot, not some whimpy little container. One of my favorite plants and hard to find so I was thrilled when it arrived. Flowers just glow at dusk. I will order from Gardener Direct again!
