Dainty but bold.

I'm slowly trying to get rid of my standard butterfly bushes. They are much too big and invasive. This fit the bill. Beautiful, healthy plant. Even the foliage is attractive. It's already flowering! The entire bush is covered in gorgeous flower bracts.

Reply from Gardener Direct:

We want to express our sincere appreciation for your feedback and are glad you're happy with the quality of the plants. We too are very excited about the all the new varieties of dwarf butterfly bushes. We have at least one of every variety growing wonderfully in our own gardens over the past several years. The varieties in the Buzz and Lo & Behold series all stay compact and bloom their socks off all year, attracting LOTS of butterflies and hummingbirds. Maintenance-wise, all we do is cut them back to about 1/3 their height one time a year in the late winter or very early spring. Though not necessary, they can also be deadheaded occasionally during the blooming season to encourage fresh flushes of more new flowers.
