Plants arrived in excellent condition, well packaged. The only slight downside was that none of the plants had blooms. Ah well, can't have everything. With shipping charges, more expensive than local nurseries.

Delighted with my buying experience on line when I purchased an Autumn Sundance Encore Azalea! Once received, I had a few questions about the appearance of the leaves on the plant. I took photos and sent them to the e-mail address provided. I was over the moon when I quickly received a personal response from the General Manager, Matt Heidke! Another follow up question was again quickly answered and Matt reassured me that if, for any reason, the plant didn't do well, they had a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy!
