Bellium is a vigorous, low-growing, spreading, shade-loving plant that covers itself with a multitude of 1/2 inch white daisies from late spring through summer and even into fall. The tiny, light green spoon-shaped leaves form a dense mat of foliage.
Easy to grows, Bellium is not picky about the soil type but prefers a moist but well-drained soil. It might appreciate some supplemental water during extended periods of dry weather. It prefers part shade; morning sun with afternoon shade.
Bellium is Ideal for planting between flagstone or pavers in spots too shady for Creeping Thyme. It also works well as a border along paths and walkways.
