More About Toffee Twist Sedge...

Toffee Twist Sedge, also known as Copper Sedge, is highly prized for its delicate, ornamental, copper colored foliage that is carried all season long, turning more tan during the cool season. It has a shapley form to about 24 inches in height with an equal spread with graceful arching blades, bringing an extremely fine and delicate texture to the garden composition.

Toffee Twist can be useful planted in mass as a groundcover or as a border and is great for naturalizing in woodland gardens. It can also be used as a stand alone or grassy accent in container gardens. Its foliage tends to remain dense right to the ground, not requiring facer plants in front.

Toffee Twist Sedge is exceptionally easy to grow provided the right conditions. It works great in a moist border or containers in part shade or full sun and does not like to dry out.

Toffee Twist is a relatively low maintenance ornamental grass, and is best cleaned up in early spring before it resumes active growth for the season. It has no significant negative characteristics we can think of!
