Vaccinium Ashei 'Premier' is a moderate growing shrub and fruit bearing plant that can be grown in USDA Plant Hardiness Zones 7A through 9A. It matures to an average height of 6 feet to 10 feet and an average width of 6 feet to 8 feet, depending on climate and other environmental factors. It prefers growing in a location that provides full sun and grows best when planted in sand, loam, clay or silt soil that is well drained. In the spring Premier Blueberry Bush produces white flowers. The foliage is blue and medium green in color. It attracts wildlife and is resistant to drought, insects, diseases, mildew and heat.
Premier Blueberry Bush can be useful in the landscape around decks, swimming pools, and other outdoor living areas, in small groupings or as a hedge and also in cottage gardens.

Another 1978, North Carolina State University release, Premier Rabbiteye blueberry has a very vigorous, upright growth habit, and it is known to be a heavy yielding variety with good overall disease resistance. Berries ripen early to mid-season (typically earlier than other mid-season blueberry varieties), are large in size, with a beautiful light blue color, wonderful flavor, and a dry stem scar. Premier Rabbiteye blueberry is recommended for all applications, but is especially suited for hand picking - which makes it an excellent choice for home gardeners. Premier also has attractive fall foliage that is orange-red in color.

So thankful to find a place that carries such high quality products that ACTUALLY PRODUCE BLUE BERRIES. I just made my FIRST pie and it was amazing. Would recommend these guys to anyone looking not only for fruit plants but for fruit! Great job and thanks so much!
