Noteworthy Characteristics
The Red Slipper Azalea is noted for it's bright red single to semi-double flowers in both spring and fall! There's only a few azaleas that don't carry the 'Encore' label that bloom spring and fall, Red Slippers is one of them. A few others to consider are Chinzan (dark pink) and Watchet (soft pink), both of which repeat bloom during the fall season.
