DescriptionFor the past five years, the Best-1 Hummingbird Feeder is our favorite of all we've tried, and it's made in the USA! Unlike many other feeders on the market, we've found it to be bee and wasp proof and exceptionally easy to clean and refill. Just unscrew the base, and it comes in two parts, making it very easy to clean and refill. The quart-size (32 ounce) bottle can be set on a table or any flat surface to fill. Over the years, Best-1 has perfected this feeder. It has a perch ring running around the outside of the feeder, so the hummingbirds can perch or hover to feed. This hummingbird feeder also has a scale on the side to help you calculate how many hummingbirds are feeding at your hummingbird feeder.
The glass nectar bottle holds 32 ounces of hummingbird nectar. For a quick and easy recipe, just mix one part sugar to 4 parts water. We've found that humminbirds like Turbinado Sugar best, probably because it isn't refined.
