Copy of email sent 7-5-12: My 3 plants arrived today. I found them at my door about mid-day. The packing slip is dated 6/26/12 and they arrived 7/5/12. Is this typical? I am concerned they may have been in the box too long. The plants appear healthy (green) so I planted all three immediately according to the directions. Please note that the box was crushed in the middle. One of the (black) plant containers was crushed and some of the soil had poured out into the box. I dont understand why the box was not clearly labeled "plants inside - handle with care - this side up." There was just a handwritten "UP" which was easy to overlook. I hope the handling of this box does not affect the health of the plants. Please contact me to discuss. Thank you. joD 845-357-9570
