Rose Glow Barberry
Berberis thunbergii f. atropurpurea 'Rose Glow'

Rose Glow Barberry features brilliant rosy-pink new growth throughout the season on top of the deep purplish-red foliage throughout the season. An exceptionally drought and heat tolerant shrub useful as an accent, formal or informal hedge, or in small to large groups in landscape beds and islands. An easy to grow, low-maintenance plant. Grows in a wide range of soils provided there is very good drainage. This shrub does produce small spines along the branches, but you'll never have to touch it as no pruning is necessary!
