I placed my order for 10 Encore Autumn Lilac 1 gallon azaleas with Spencer. He was courteous and knowledgeable!!! The plants arrived within the timeframe Spencer indicated. The plants were wrapped carefully and were all very healthy. I appreciate the great customer service! I plan to tell my friends and I will definitely order again.

The plant is a good size, but is really chopped off bluntly in square shape, I suppose for shipment. Plant is full & had some blooms, but a lot of leaves have dark spots on them & holes. -- May be better to leave plant fuller & ship in appropriate size box. - Hopefully, plant will spread out in time and look better!
